Choose your Singaporean Personality First, choose a classic Singaporean Personality. Will you be the grumpy Aunty? The Complain Queen or the Ah Beng? 2. Collect as many Singaporean Dreams as you can The goal of the game is to get as many Dream Cards as you can before the Dream Pile runs out. Like everything in Singapore, these Dreams come at a price. You can buy the Dream Cards with Cash Cards or gain them with Action Cards. 3. During each turn, draw two action cards and play up to two actions. There are a variety of Action Cards that let you gain or steal Dreams and Cash from your target players! Watch out for some really powerful cards that can help to turn the game around! On each turn, draw two cards from the Action Pile. And play up to two actions. 4. Keep going until the dream pile runs out. 5. The player with the most dream wins.
